Koy’s Coffee create opportunities for Iu-Mien (Mien) farmers and entrepreneurs to break-free from a cycle of poverty. We do this by bringing their products and stories to our markets through long-term fair trading relationships to provide earned income and better quality of life for the families of farmers.

Our Story

Koy's Coffee was borne out of the necessity to help our fellow Mien people. In partnership with BAONG™ and a united goal of elevating Mien communities through entrepreneurship: local, regional, and international. Make no mistake, our commitment and drive will turn this dream into reality.

Every once in awhile, we're given an opportunity to help those of greater need and this strikes closer to home, now more than ever. Mien farmers in their native country were given an opportunity by their local government to break the cycle of poverty and to cease involvement in the drug-trade which has long plagued their local communities.

When we heard about this, BAONG™ acted immediately to assist and work together with Mien farmers and entrepreneurs to create hope and positive change. This step forward has led to the creation of Koy's Coffee, a partnership and collaboration to create job opportunities, improve quality of life, and provide education and advancement for the children and family of Mien farmers.
