Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We will email you as soon as it has been shipped. You can click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email to follow the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the post office to scan in the package and have the tracking begin. If you order over the weekend, your package will not ship out until Monday, as we only ship Monday - Friday.
We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail, and we email tracking to the email address associated with your order as soon as it ships. Please note that the "USPS Priority Mail 2 or 3 Business Days" option does NOT guarantee that your package will arrive in 2 or 3 days as this time frame does not include our processing time of 1-2 days.
Shipping in the USA generally takes 5-7 business days. Worldwide shipping takes 10-21 days depending on the country you live in. :)
Please note if one or more of the items you ordered has a special pre-order or shipping date noted in the product description, your order will ship complete on the date mentioned.

It depends on where you are. Most items on our store are hand cut-and-sewn, then stitched by hand too. We make your order on-demand and have a processing time about 5-7 business days.

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $100 and Canadian orders over $150. Your total must be $100 after any discounts or loyalty rewards have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. FREE Standard Domestic shipping is only available in the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.
If your order weighs less than 1lb, it will ship USPS First Class, and take 5-7 days to arrive. If your order weighs over 1lb, it will automatically be sent Priority Mail, and arrive in 7-12 days.

Returns & Exchange
This is normal. Some apparel may have a slight odor but will fade away after being allowed to air out. This is due to the inking from the machine and sealing of the design to ensure your quality product. This is perfectly safe to wear as-is, or you may wash cold inside-out.

Be ready with your BAONGFAMILY order number and zip code. We provide you details on how to send us your item back through our online system. Once your item is received your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment or send you a gift card, depending on your preference.
If you are unable to print a label from our system, you will be responsible for purchasing your own shipping label at the post office and mailing the item back to us.
We will accept returns of unwashed/unworn and smoke/fragrance/pet hair freewithin 30 days of your package being delivered. Please send your item back to us using the free label we provide through our Return Process online, folded nicely. If we receive an item that is not in new, re-sellable condition, you will be charged a restocking fee (50% of what you paid for the item).
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style.
It depends on the product and availability. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
If you have received an item that you feel has a manufacturer/printing defect, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item(s) and if needed provide a shipping label for you to ship us the damaged items back. We strive to check each and every item we ship, but sometimes we miss tiny imperfections!
If you received a package that was clearly damaged during transit, please contact us to file a claim and get an immediate replacement for items that are damaged, lost or stolen.
Please understand that USPS sometimes scans the packages as they are put into the truck, not exactly when they are delivered. We understand this can be confusing and in most cases if you wait a day or two it shows up.
If a package is not delivered within the next 1-3 days, please walk inside your local post office (don't call) for immediate assistance with your package. We also recommend checking in with neighbors, front desk, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or anywhere the package may have been delivered.

Please note: Missing and uninsured packages must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from the USPS Claim policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

If your package is returned to sender, you will be contacted via phone and email on the day that we receive the package. You will be given 5 business days to contact us to confirm your address so we can resend your package. Returned to sender packages will only be resent once. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.
We have provided size charts on each and every product for you to reference. Because many of the garments we sell are different styles, the width and length vary slightly, there are details on fit in the description of every product.
